Message	pushing the F1 council to allow the development of exhaust energy recovery systems. Not specifically turbocharging either. Converting exhaust heat into usable energy, with out the negatives of the likes of KERs. I'm hoping that's the route they end up with. But in the long term, I think KERS is a fantastic thing to be looked at and developed further, for other uses. Petz #3
